EcoNest Residence, EcoWorld, Gelang Patah
Alternative accommodation is available at EcoNest Residence, a short drive from the University of Reading Malaysia (UoRM). Students can apply for a room through Core Home Management, a Johor property management firm with many years’ experience in serving students. Special accommodation rates are available to students from the University of Reading Malaysia.
The contemporary private rooms at EcoNest are lifestyle-friendly and have been designed to cater to students. All rooms are fully furnished, alleviating the need to supply your own furniture. The apartment complex is located within a gated compound and is located less thank 3km away from UoRM. An EcoWorld shuttle bus will be available to transport students between EcoNest and EduCity.

Hijauan Medini is a modern residential option for UoRM students, offering a comfortable and fully serviced living environment just a short distance from campus. Students can choose from private or shared rooms within spacious two-bedroom apartments, designed to balance independence with convenience.
Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped with essential amenities, making it easy for students to settle in without additional setup. Residents benefit from regular cleaning, laundry services, and comprehensive facilities within the gated community.
Transport:
A dedicated shuttle service (RM300/month per person) is available on weekdays between Hijauan Medini and campus with morning, afternoon, and evening schedules.
