Dear students and parents,
Despite the Movement Control Order (MCO), the university remains operational, with students and staff being supported virtually. The April 2020 intake for the International Foundation Programme (IFP) will start on the week of April 27th, as will Term 3 for all our undergraduate students.
During the MCO period, student learning will be supported virtually through the university’s Blackboard learning platform, and students will continue to have access to the university’s extensive online library. Our academic, student welfare and other service teams are fully prepared to support students online and we are committed to ensuring that students can continue with their studies without interruption. Also, the university will ensure students are not academically disadvantaged due to individual circumstances (e.g. no access to the Internet).
We will continue to monitor and follow government advice regarding the MCO and look forward to receiving students back on campus soon. The portfolio of programmes offered at the campus here in Malaysia is closely aligned with the talent and skill needs of the nation, and we believe that our graduates will play an important role in the revival of the economy after Covid-19.
