Application Fee:
Malaysian – Waived
International – RM530 (inclusive 6% SST)

Note: For international applicants, please note that Application Fee is strictly non-refundable. However, the RM530 application fee (inclusive 6% SST) will be deducted from the tuition fee upon successful enrolment. Kindly upload the proof of payment during your online application submission (Document Upload Section) or email it to my.admissions@reading.edu.my stating your Student ID.

You will need the following:

1. A clear copy of the identification card (for Malaysians) or passport biodata (for international applicants).
2. A clear copy of the official SPM/ IGCSE/O-level or any equivalent qualification's transcript & certificate.
3. A clear copy of the IELTS certificate or equivalent English qualification.
4. A clear copy of the original A-level, STPM, UEC, Matriculation, Foundation or Diploma transcript & certificate.
5. A copy of the programme handbook with complete course details. (for Direct Entry to Year 2)

Students with forecast/provisional results can still submit their applications and receive a Conditional Offer. Once they have received their official results, they can send them to the Admissions team to have their offer revised to Unconditional subject to meeting the entry requirements.

Note: The Admissions team will contact you directly if there are missing documents or additional information required for your application.

• Communication of application outcome: Applicants can expect an email notification within 3 working days from Admissions Office.
• Types of offers:
  • Unconditional offer: Granted when all programme requirements are met.
  • Conditional offer: Given when pending for some documents or results.
• Response to offer: Applicants are required to accept or decline the offer by the stated date by replying to the email.
• Deposit: You are required to pay a deposit which will be deducted from your Year 1 fees. It is refundable if applicants did not meet the conditions stated in the conditional offer.
