Dr. Sivaraman Kuppusamy is a distinguished educator with a Doctorate in Education and over 26 years of extensive experience in teaching, academic management, and research across prestigious institutions in Australia, New Zealand, China, Dubai and the UK. His expertise lies in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) twinning programs, both in Malaysia and internationally.
In addition to his academic career, Dr. Siva has five years of practical experience as a Project Engineer and Project Manager within reputable development and contracting firms in the construction industry. His passion for education has driven him to teach various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in architecture, engineering, and construction since 1998.
Dr. Sivaraman is a Chartered Construction Manager accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB-UK) and serves as a Green Building Index Facilitator with the Malaysia Green Building Confederation (MGBC). He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UKPSF), showcasing his commitment to advancing educational practices. Further demonstrating his professional credentials, Dr. Siva is recognized as a Professional Technologist by the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT), a Quantity Surveying Technologist with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), and an Engineering Technologist with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). His multifaceted expertise and dedication to the AEC field make him a valuable asset to both academic and industry communities.
