Anasakina Ismail is a PhD candidate in Educational Psychology, specialising in intervention, crime, and community. Her academic interests span community psychology, correctional psychology, criminology, and criminal behaviour, with a focus on understanding how psychological and educational interventions can support rehabilitation and reintegration within communities. Since 2020, she has been actively involved in undergraduate teaching while also serving as a social advocate with non-governmental organisations, working on initiatives that connect education, community development, and social justice
