The University is delighted to announce the Inaugural EduCity Educators Conference to be held at Hotel Jen, Puteri Harbour, Johor on Friday 7th September 2018.
This all-day event will draw expert contributors from across the Higher Education sector and will encompass a series of keynote speeches, contributor presentations as well as hands-on workshops, allowing you to gain valuable ‘how to’ hints and tips to enhance your own teaching and learning delivery, and education research.
We are excited to announce that Datin Paduka Ir Dr Siti Hamisah Binti Tapsir, Director General of Higher Education and Dr Mohd Nor Azman Bin Hassan, Deputy Director General of Private Higher Education Institutions from the Ministry of Higher Education will be delivering a keynote on the Vision for Higher Education in EduCity.

The conference fee will be fully funded for staff of the University of Reading Malaysia, Newcastle University Medicine Malaysia and the University of Southampton Malaysia. Penalty charges apply if you book a place but do not attend the conference. If you are unable to attend, you may send a delegate from the same institution – please send a message via email, in advance of the conference. A substitution can then be made, and no extra charge is incurred.
